Giveaway Official Rules

The following details apply to the current active giveaway. These details are updated for each new promotion.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings) or households are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter by commenting on the designated promotional post on Sponsor's official social media channel with a response describing who they would gift the prize to and why. Limit one (1) entry per person per promotional post. Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, contain offensive or inappropriate content, or do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winners will be selected by Sponsor based on the thoughtfulness, sincerity, and resonance of their comment response, as judged by Sponsor in its sole discretion. This is not a random-chance drawing; winners are selected by subjective judging criteria. Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

Selected winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform where they entered, on or before the Winner Notification Date. Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days with a valid US shipping address. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, forfeits the prize, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner or to not award that prize.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Shipping is limited to addresses within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor permission to read, review, and reference their entry content in connection with the administration of this Promotion. Winners may be asked to consent to use of their name and entry for promotional purposes; such consent is optional and not a condition of receiving the prize. Sponsor's use of personal information is governed by Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
