Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy (Jewelry)
At GracefulPure, we offer complimentary jewelry pieces — customers only pay for shipping.
We aim to provide a transparent and straightforward shopping experience.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Policy
Because our jewelry is offered free of charge (only shipping is paid), we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you may request a replacement.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Clear photo evidence must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and the nature of our offer, the following are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) once opened
- Any worn jewelry items
- Free promotional items (all products fall under this category)
- Items damaged through improper use
4. Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
Customers only pay for shipping costs, which are clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.
After this window, orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
6. Refunds
Since all jewelry items are provided free of charge, refunds are generally not applicable.
Refunds or replacements are only considered if:
- The item is damaged, or
- The wrong item was delivered
Approved cases will result in either:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A refund of the shipping cost (at our discretion)
7. How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please email service@gracefulpure.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Your full name and shipping address
We will respond within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
8. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We may offer reshipment (new shipping fee applies), or
- Provide store credit at our discretion
